We went to another Great Falls this weekend, though one that is a little less close to my heart. This one was Great Falls, VA and it is only 15 minutes from our house here. LOTS of Virginians were out enjoying a beautiful, sunny, Sunday morning (again, nothing like OUR Great Falls!). When we left, there were probably 100 cars waiting in line to get in the park. UGH!!!!
Nonetheless, the falls were pretty, and mildly impressive, though I don't think that Lewis and Clark would have near the trouble portaging around them as their Montana Counterparts.
