The boys had their first soccer games this morning. We have them both in this great league just down the road at a HUGE church. It is a religious based league.....everybody plays, learns, and enjoys the game (blah, blah, blah). Mainly we wanted something that they both could do and that was fairly low key. Remember, team sports are BIG BUSINESS in the South, so low key isn't always easy to find. The season will last about 7 weeks, and should be a lot of fun for all of us. They play at the same time, on different fields, so Karl and I spend a lot of time running back and forth for pictures and video. Not sure how long that will last....next week we may just flip for a kid. :)
Collin getting ready to hit the field. They play 4 on 4 soccer, and Collin's team only had four there today (out of five total), so he got to play the whole time! That is Payton's team back there just over Collin's head. :)
Payton warming up with his team. He is enjoying this, but hasn't quite gotten the concept down that he can't have the ball every time. He spent some of his time pouting about that fact this morning, but was a bit more relaxed toward the end of the game. He is also the youngest on the team, which makes it a little harder to keep up. He will get it though!

Aww...they are so cute. I love the uniforms. Who knew they made them that small. Can't wait to get my kids into sports
LOOKS like so much FUN!!! We missed the sign up for soccer here... thankfully we can play in the fall
Cutest things EVER!!! Does this mean there may be some soccer games for Miss Lindsey to attend in VA??
