Here is a look at how us move-poor people entertain our kids in the Alabama heat in the backyard. The $8.99 sprinkler from Sears was exciting enough to last for about an hour! :) We actually have a really nice water park that is part of our housing development, but other than driving by it, we haven't really had time to check it out. Maybe this weekend.....
All is going well. We now have three of our four shipments and things appear to be pretty good. Our lawn stuff didn't fare so well in storage. So far, we have had to replace a weed eater and a lawn mower, and now our patio umbrella has split in two (luckily we have a covered patio already). I suppose that is what happens when things sit in a box in Yuba City, CA for over a year. There is still no word on our household goods or my car. They have until Friday of next week for both to get them to us. I miss my car, and my bed, but things are going OK without them :)
That is about it for today. Who knows what we will be doing this weekend, but I am sure that it will involve boxes, sweating, and probably more than a little swearing (and drinking)!!!! Until then.......

Seems like a good way to cool off. Is this your back yard, or is this the local golf course? Looks enormous!
