Why Do We Pay For T.V.?

OK, the cable guys just left our house for the 1000th time. We have had this "issue" with our cable for the past several months. Every time they come, it is totally normal and everything looks fine, but then it goes all psycho on us when they are gone. So why am I paying $90 a month for this??? At least they could give us a discount for crappy service. Or a free premium service. Or maybe even CUTE cable guys since they are out here every week or so.......
