Spring Break

While many of their friends spend their Spring Break with their families in exotic locales, the KrazyKids are sticking close to home this year (since their Daddy has a plane to keep funded and flying and doesn't have any leave until summer). We have a busy week planned with something every day, lest I lose what little sanity I have still bouncing around in my brain. Here is what has been happening so far....

The boys are tent camping this week....in Payton's room. Yes, this means there is NO room to do anything else in there but sleep. They have it all pimped out...complete with DVD player, snack dispenser, toy section, and bed warmer(s).

Today we went to the Pentagon for lunch with Daddy at Ground Zero (the very middle has a courtyard and a lunch place and it was called Ground Zero until 9/11 since if one was going to send a bomb into the Pentagon, aim for the middle). While we were walking a bit after lunch, we got stopped by a very nice Chief (Air Force Chief, NOT American Indian Chief...though that makes me think of all sorts of humorous, non-PC images of Natives in feather headresses and loincloths marching around the Pentagon demanding change.....I digress) Anyhow, the Chief pulled us into his office and gave each kid a huge bag of Air Force goodies. When we got home, they promptly put some of it on....and not even at my suggestion for a blog photo. Aim High Boys!!!!

Stay tuned for more Spring Break Activities from the Krazies!!!!
