We experienced our first taste of wild Alabama weather this weekend with Tropical Storm Fay moving across the state yesterday. It was very wet, and very windy, so we spent the morning inside at the Mann Museum, which is like a natural history museum, near the zoo.
Payton found the Orca, of course, which is his favorite thing in the whole, wide World...next to trains.
And here is the boys next to the funky Mexican turkey. Gobble, gobble, gobble!!
We then went home and they wanted to play out in the rain. Here is a look at the mild drizzle that we had. That is water pouring off the roof that they used to fill the trucks VERY quickly.
Needless to say, after this we just put them in PJ's and called them clean for the night. Who needs a bath after that???

The boys look like they're having so much fun it kinda makes me want to play in the rain too - despite the hurricane!
You are one busy mama! Will you adopt me, too? You all are having tons of fun! :) I hope Fay isn't too harsh on ya'll...you can always come up to VA to escape but we're in hurricane alley as well.
